A Beatles BBC-beli fellépése 1962.március 8-án kezdődött, és mintegy három éven át tartott, egészen 1965.június 7-éig.Ez idő alatt 300 dalt vettek fel, volt olyan is, amit több mint tízszer rögzítettek, de volt olyan, amelyet csak egyszer.Összeségében 94 számot játszottak el, többnyire az ötvenes évek és a hatvanas évek első éveiből számrazó híres rock and roll szerzőktől, később egyre több saját szerzeményt vegyítve a programba.
